Moving tables between Lakeflow Spark Declarative Pipelines pipelines is now GA

Tables created by Lakeflow Spark Declarative Pipelines in Unity Catalog ETL pipelines can be moved from one pipeline to another. Move streaming tables and materialized views between pipelines so the destination pipeline updates the table instead of the original. This is useful in many scenarios, including: Split a large pipeline into smaller ones.
