Genie Space enhancements

Reasoning traces using the API (Public Preview): Users can now access Genie's reasoning traces using the API through the GenieQueryAttachments field in the GenieMessage object. Message comments using the API (Public Preview): Users can now add text comments to messages and list them using the API. Increased token limit for Agent mode (Public Preview): The maximum token limit for Agent mode conversations increased, improving performance and context retention across long, multi turn interactions.
