Databricks SQL version 2026.20 is now available in the Preview channel. Review the following section to learn about new features, behavioral changes, and bug fixes. New IP address functions A set of SQL functions is now available for working with IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and CIDR blocks, including ip host, ip cidr, ip version, ip prefix length, ip network, ip network last, ip cidr contains, ip as binary, and ip as string, along with try variants for null safe behavior.
