What it does

Lakebase is now available in ap northeast 1 (Asia Pacific Tokyo). For all supported regions, see Region availability. To get started, see Get a Postgres database.

Why it matters

The compute for the production branch has scale to zero enabled by default with a 24 hour inactivity timeout, but you can configure this setting if needed.
