Get started

Enable Analyze Files Feature

A workspace admin must turn on Analyze Files in Volumes with Genie Agents from the Previews page.

Attach Volumes

Open the Genie Agent, go to the Sources tab, and add one or more Unity Catalog volumes.

Optimize Agent Description

Provide a clear description of the content and organization of the attached volumes.

Ask Questions in Agent Mode

Turn on Agent mode in the chat box to ask questions about the attached files.
